Qualifications\n

• A valid and recognized license as a licensed mental health professional (LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, or LSCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proven experience and specialized training in addiction counseling and co-occurring disorder treatment.

• Strong therapeutic skills and a demonstrated ability to motivate clients toward sustained recovery.

Preferred Experience\n

We highly value candidates who have hands-on experience in a substance abuse treatment setting. Additional certification in trauma-informed care or motivational interviewing is also preferred, but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
