Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to pinpoint clients' mental health needs, followed by the development of comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual requirements.

• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing modalities suited to the unique concerns of clients.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care approaches for each client.

The clients you will serve encompass a wide demographic, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP).

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Demonstrated cultural competence with the ability to relate and respond sensitively to clients’ unique experiences.

Compensation and Benefits\n
