Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, formulating detailed clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions specific to each client's goals, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a supportive environment.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques and problem-solving approaches.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, and utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems for efficient data management.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, ensuring coordinated care that enhances client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment pathways, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs.

• Commit to ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging therapies in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, or LSCSW.

• A Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is highly preferred.

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a proven track record of developing effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
