Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments during initial consultations to determine clients' mental health status and therapy needs.

The ideal candidate will work with a varied patient population, including individuals struggling with substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, and other mental health challenges. Counselors will leverage their expertise in addressing diverse backgrounds and behavioral health needs, ensuring a culturally competent practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• A current and valid license as an LCPC, LCSW, LCMFT, LSCSW, or equivalent credential in the state of Kansas.

• A minimum of four years of experience in a mental health role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
