Clinical Pharmacist: Optimize Therapies & Safer Patient Care
IHA
IHA is seeking Clinical Pharmacists to optimize pharmacotherapy, ensure safe patient care, and collaborate within interdisciplinary teams. You will conduct daily medication reviews, consults, and other clinical services for patients in med-surg, telemetry, oncology, pediatrics, critical care, or emergency medicine, following policies and regulatory standards. You will serve as a preceptor, assist with medication administration, document care in the EMR, and contribute to quality improvements #J-18808-Ljbffr IHA
