Within the Dijon agency, the technical team plays a major role: enabling our clients to carry out their work safely and thus contributing to the development of the Apave Group in the heart of the territories. Practically, what will your daily routine consist of? After your integration process, you will be involved in several missions of technical control of construction operations from the conception to the realization of buildings: - verify the solidity of the works, the respect of the regulation in terms of safety of persons and accessibility to buildings, validate calculation notes and plans. - Coordinate the intervention of various APAVE specialists on the affairs you are in charge of. - Ensure the follow-up of the realization during site visits, realization of technical studies and drafting of reports at the office. - Carrying out diagnostics and expertise of existing buildings (solidity, fire safety, accessibility). You work in all areas of construction: real estate promotion, industrial or commercial buildings, public facilities, civil engineering, civil engineering works, nuclear. Finally, as a true Account Manager, you participate in the commercial development of the agency: - Realization of estimates and commercial offers. - Strengthening the client relationship and development of the activity. Let's talk about you! • First, your background: With a higher education degree Bac+5 (ESTP, Mines, INSA, CHEBAP, Arts and Crafts, Civil Engineering Master...), experienced engineer(s), you ideally have experience as an account manager in the field of Building/Civil Engineering. You choose the profession of technical control of construction for the variety of its missions, the alliance of the field and the study, the autonomy and the technical rigor. • Then, your skills, your personal qualities: You have a marked taste for rigor and organization. Customer relationship and commercial development are at the heart of your concerns. Position open to recent graduates and beginners. CVs of beginners will be carefully examined as there are many opportunities.
