What You’ll Be Doing As a Customer Service Specialist at Krazy Bins, your primary focus will be ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting customers with inquiries and providing product information. Maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment. Supporting the team with stocking, organizing, and replenishing inventory. Collaborating with colleagues to meet daily goals and ensure smooth operations. Handling tasks independently when needed to keep things running efficiently. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following skills and qualifications: Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience. Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs on your own. Teamwork Skills: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a group setting.
