City of Richmond is seeking a Senior Manager for Housing and Community Development. This role provides leadership over the Housing Finance and Development programmatic functions, supervising four managers and coordinating with 3rd-party partners such as LISC. The position oversees NOFAs, RFPs, underwriting, and funding structures to meet investment requirements while ensuring compliance with federal and local laws.
