What’s a typical day as Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

• Following established processes and systems to ensure customer care standards are exceeded during every customer interaction.
• Handling incoming customer calls, responding to questions, entering orders, and processing requests efficiently and courteously.
• Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
• Demonstrating product knowledge and communicating promotions and services.
• Providing one-call resolutions and thorough documentation of customer concerns.
• Collaborating with supervisors, managers, and team members to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Participating in regular team meetings and ongoing training.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have previous experience in a customer service or call center environment (preferred).
• Can maintain professionalism, empathy, and positivity in all customer interactions (must have).
• Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Are detail-oriented with the ability to efficiently process customer orders and document interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments and team members.
• Are available to work onsite from 8:15am to 4:45pm, Monday through Friday.
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Can comply with the attendance policy and deliver on quality assurance metrics.
