Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Knowledge of pediatric and school-based therapy best practices
• Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and records
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, students, and families

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students under ESY programming
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ educational needs
• Monitor and document student progress to update IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student outcomes
• Assist with end-of-program responsibilities, including student records and packing therapy materials

Flexible and Manageable Schedule:

• Initial work day: June 25, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
• ESY Dates: June 29-July 1; July 6-9; July 13-16; July 20-23 (Monday–Thursday)
• Employee work hours: 7:45 am – 12:31 pm, with a weekly caseload averaging 3-5 hours
• Final program days (July 22-23) dedicated to completing records and packing
