Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Physical Therapist for an Extended School Year (ESY) program near Saint Charles, MO. You'll play a vital role in helping students achieve their goals in a supportive, collaborative educational environment.

Your workdays will begin with training on June 25 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. The ESY schedule includes sessions June 29–July 1, July 6–9, July 13–16, and July 20–23 (Monday–Thursday), with work hours from 7:45 am to 12:31 pm. The student attendance window is 8:00 am to 12:16 pm. On July 22-23, you'll have up to four hours to finalize records and assist in organizing the therapy department. The location is a welcoming elementary school, with an average caseload of about 7 students and approximately 175 therapy minutes per week.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Physical Therapist license valid for Missouri
• Experience in school-based settings or pediatric therapy preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to engage a diverse K-12 student population
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions according to IEP requirements
• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Prepare end-of-session reports and pack therapy materials at the program's conclusion
