GTM People Operations Manager: Scale Sales Programs

Salesforce seeks a U.S.-based Manager, Go-to-Market (GTM) People Operations within the Employee Success organization. This role partners with the CRO and global ESBPs to drive scalable people programs, including G4G and promotions, while maintaining data confidentiality and strong stakeholder alignment. You will influence compensation processes, talent mobility, and labor relations planning, building frameworks that balance global consistency with local flexibility across the Sales org. #J-18808-Ljbffr Salesforce
