Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.We are looking for a U.S.-based Manager, Go-to-Market (GTM) People Operations to join our Employee Success Business Partner (ESBP) organization. This high-impact role will partner closely with the Employee Success (ES) team supporting the Office of the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), as well as with global ESBPs, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and the Sales organization.You'll drive key initiatives aligned with our Sales talent strategy, helping ensure operational excellence, global connectivity, and effective implementation of people programs across the ES and Sales teams. This role reports to the Sr DIrector, GTM People Strategy and plays a central role in executing and scaling people initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate is excited to make a large-scale impact at one of the world's fastest-growing companies, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is energized by working within a highly engaged and strategic ES team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport program management and drive operations for GTM People Strategy initiatives — ensuring alignment, stakeholder accountability, and progress tracking.Drive the implementation and execution of GTM people programs, including Go for Growth (G4G), retention efforts, promotion planning, talent mobility, labor relations planning, and compensation processes.Act as a problem solver for high-priority, often ambiguous or sensitive challenges, removing roadblocks and driving operational clarity.Partner with ESBPs across global Sales to execute key people initiatives and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.Serve as a connector between COEs and global ESBPs, helping ensure seamless execution of scalable, sustainable people programs.Build frameworks for global consistency with regional flexibility, aligning stakeholders and communications across global Sales ES teams.Develop and maintain tools, templates, and resources to drive high-quality service delivery at scale.Contribute to ongoing GTM People programs such as AE inline promotions, disruption planning, and other operational priorities.Using their AI fluency, builds, enhances and looks for areas of opportunity enhanced by AI across the GTM and G4G programmesKey Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Analytics, or HR Business Partner roles.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence across levels.Demonstrated self-starter with strong follow-through — proactive, agile, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.Strong communication skills — able to translate complex insights into crisp, actionable narratives.Experience handling highly sensitive data and maintaining strict confidentiality.Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with tools such as Workday and TableauAnalytical and storytelling skills — able to distill trends and data into themes, insights, and recommendations.Experience partnering with COEs to design and implement people programs that align to business goals.Familiarity working with or supporting GTM or sales-facing organizations is a plus.Unleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
