The ideal candidate possesses strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, serving as a key resource to troubleshoot field challenges and ensure customer satisfaction. This office-based position includes occasional travel to job sites to resolve technical issues, analyze project documentation, and communicate effectively with customers.
