POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT Moss' Solar Civil Field Engineers are responsible for assisting the Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents with the day-to-day operations for solar construction projects. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Understand the civil scope of work for the assigned project and ensure all grading and closeout tasks are in alignment with approved plans Establish daily goals with assigned crews Maintain documentation and prepare project inspection reports Work closely with Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents to ensure all environmental action items are executed Perform other duties as assigned EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical field, or related discipline 6 months - 2 years' experience in the solar construction industry, civil, grading, land surveying or related experience Must have great attitude in working with the Moss team JOB TITLE: SOLAR CIVIL FIELD ENGINEER JOB LOCATION: LOUISIANA, TEXAS - MULTI-STATE, REQUIRES HIGH TRAVEL CLASSIFICATION: FULL TIME - EXEMPT - SALARIED REPORTS TO: CIVIL SUPERINTENDENT Moss is an equal opportunity employer.
