Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting and supportive relationship with patients, ensuring they feel safe to discuss their concerns.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health issues and diagnose conditions accurately.

• Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that address their unique needs and goals.

• Facilitate individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities and approaches tailored to each patient's circumstances.

• Regularly evaluate and monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients about mental health disorders and effective coping strategies, empowering them to manage their challenges.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and resources, referring clients to specialized services as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes to comply with regulatory standards and ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid marriage and family therapy license (LMFT) in California.

• A master's or doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Exceptional therapeutic skills, including the ability to motivate and encourage clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
