Client Relationship Coordinator Full Time Wichita, KS, US Salary Range: $19.00 To $20.00 Hourly ProHome is seeking a highly organized and service-driven Client Relationship Coordinator (CRC) to provide an excellent customer experience. As a CRC, you will collaborate closely with our partners to assist customers with service requests, questions/concerns and help ensure that every interaction reflects ProHome's commitment to responsive, professional service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, solving problems, and bringing structure to fast-moving situations. What You'll Do: Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned homeowners, builders, developers, and subcontractors. Deliver a responsive, professional, and customer-focused experience. Handle customer concerns and escalated situations with professionalism and empathy. Manage warranty claims from intake through closure. Facilitate communication between homeowners, builders, and trade partners. What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications: Minimum of two years of experience in warranty administration, property management, service coordination, customer account management, or related fields in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel. Preferred Experience: Ideal candidates may have experience in: Property management. Customer success or account management. Construction project coordination.
