Description – Your Role

• Conduct standard and specialized clinical lab tests—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—in accordance with established guidelines.
• Ensure result verification, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform preventive maintenance and calibrate laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen extraction and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, facilitate the training of new team members or students, and help maintain quality assurance protocols.
• Uphold a tidy, secure work environment, complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field, coupled with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within one year of hire.
• Certification must remain current during the duration of employment.
