• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests, ranging from chemistry to immunology, adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of results by performing analysis, troubleshooting any errors, and maintaining environmental integrity through proper calibration and preventative maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples meticulously for testing whenever necessary.
• Keep detailed records of all lab procedures, mentor new staff and students, and actively support the lab in adhering to quality standards.
• Uphold a clean, compliant workspace, fully respecting all regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an appropriate allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Necessary Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within a year from your hire date.
• Maintain your active certification for the duration of your employment with us.
