Requirements

• Required certification: Sterile Processing Tech
• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first-time travelers with Trauma I experience and at least 2 years may be reviewed 2. Cases: Trauma, Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, Vascular, Transplant, and Robotics; average daily tray volume 700; 72 ORs 3. Certifications: One of the following required: CBSPD or CRCST (through HSPA, formerly IAHCSMM); BLS not required 4. License: Pending state license accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic; CensiTrac instrument tracking strongly preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Days, 5x8, 0600-1430, Monday-Friday; no weekend requirement; no on-call required; no earbuds or cellphones while on shift 8. RTO: No more than 7 days; 2 or more attendance issues (absences or tardies) within a 13-week contract considered excessive; guaranteed hours are 3 shifts per 13 weeks 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted; 75-mile radius rule 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 8 orientation hours 13.
