Assembler $20/hr - 1st Shift

Job Description

As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in assembling various company systems, primarily catering to the E-commerce industry, such as conveyor belts. This position requires working from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Assemble various company systems for the E-commerce industry, mainly conveyor belts.
• Insert rods into hand presses.
• Follow written work instructions and complete required quality documents.
• Label and place stickers on conveyors.
• Accurately post transactions using shop floor data collection devices.
• Interpret basic drawings and instructions.
• Utilize hand and power tools to assemble products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
• Perform repetitive and monotonous assembly tasks.

Work Environment

Work in a clean and well-lit environment. As part of your duties, you will regularly stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and communicate effectively. Occasionally, you may need to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The role involves regularly lifting and moving up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Port Clinton, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
