Organizational Change Manager

Program Manager / Project Manager | Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite) | Employment Type: Full‑time About the Role Staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience and will be tasked with implementing and overseeing change management and program operations. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive organizational and individual-focused change management strategy. Advise on planning and execution of change management activities with appropriate impact, dependency, and risk owner modeling. Coordinate change management activities for multiple projects and programs, including repository and configuration items management. Serve as the Configuration Change Review board participant, managing approvals from the change advisory board. Support business case development, strategy, and governance for program initiatives. Communicate and execute program-level performance indicators and reporting. Serve as a change management package lead for System Adoption and Help Desk Initiatives. Qualifications & Experience At least four years of program requirement and policy development, program and policy implementation, and coordination experience. At least six years developing programs and projects for Florida governmental agencies. At least five years composing or reviewing grant applications on processes, services, and other initiatives. At least five years assessing online systems, portals, or dashboards, to determine compatibility and feasibility of connecting with other online systems.
