Strategic Customer Support Representative - Power & HVAC

Strategic Customer Support Representative (Pump and Power) The Strategic Customer Support Representative serves as the first point of contact for many of our customers, with the purpose to understand the customers' needs, provide equipment solutions, negotiate and close deals (rental or sale) and process the customer's contract. The primary goal of this position is to maximize sales revenue and exceed the expectations of our customers by providing exceptional customer service. Success will be measured by your ability to support the achievement of the business goals. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries. Understand and assess customers’ needs. Provide equipment solutions and negotiate and close rental or sale deals. Process customer contracts. Maximize sales revenue and exceed customer expectations. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role is required. Sales skills and customer service focus. Computer proficiency with MS applications. Wynne experience is a plus. Equipment Rental / Emergency Response experience preferred. Physical Demands The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required.
