Medical Assistant (FULL TIME)

Village Dermatology is a busy, fast-paced dermatology practice serving patients with general dermatology, cosmetic, and surgical needs. Our practice sees patients from pediatric to mature ages. We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant with excellent communication skills and attention to detail to join our team.

Position: Medical Assistant (Full-Time)

What you’ll do:

• Room patients and prepare them for visits, including rooming, taking vitals, and documenting medical history.
• Assist providers with clinical tasks and procedures.
• Manage prior authorizations and insurance communications.
• Communicate test results and follow-up instructions to patients.
• Support front and back office operations as needed to ensure smooth daily workflow.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and compliant clinical environment.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of EMR systems and prior authorization processes is a plus.
