Medical Assistant (FULL TIME)

Village Dermatology is a busy, fast-paced dermatology practice serving patients with general dermatology, cosmetic, and surgical needs. Our practice sees patients from pediatric to mature ages. We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant with excellent communication skills and attention to detail to join our team. Position: Medical Assistant (Full-Time) What you’ll do: Room patients and prepare them for visits, including rooming, taking vitals, and documenting medical history. Assist providers with clinical tasks and procedures. Manage prior authorizations and insurance communications. Communicate test results and follow-up instructions to patients. Support front and back office operations as needed to ensure smooth daily workflow. Maintain an organized, clean, and compliant clinical environment. Requirements & Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of EMR systems and prior authorization processes is a plus.
