We are looking for a Service Advisor who can build trust with customers, communicate clearly, and help guide them through the repair process while supporting our technicians and shop operations.What You'll DoAs a Service Advisor, you will act as the primary point of contact between customers and our service team, ensuring customers understand their vehicle needs while delivering a professional and positive experience. Responsibilities include:Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experienceListen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issuesInspect vehicles and identify necessary repairs and maintenance when neededCommunicate repair recommendations clearly and honestlyPrepare estimates and review repair options with customersCoordinate workflow between technicians and customersProvide updates on repair progress and timelinesEnsure a smooth and organized vehicle check-in and check-out processMaintain strong customer relationships and build long-term trustHelp maintain shop efficiency and workflowWhat We're Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is organized, personable, and able to communicate technical information clearly.
