Job Overview As a Facilities Supervisor at Safran, you will contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of aerospace. Responsibilities Supervise multiple maintenance technicians. Maintain the facility as a clean, safe, and accident‑free work environment. Document and perform weekly departmental safety checks. Maintain a high standard of individual workmanship quality and productivity. Minimize cost while maximizing productivity and quality. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum two (2) years budget process experience. Must have the ability to generate written communication and to operate required office equipment financial results analysis, advanced statistics. Ability to read and review written communication. Good speech and hearing abilities for clear communication in English. Experience with automated CMMS systems. Experience in Lean manufacturing preferred. Must be able to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
