Talent Acquisition Manager

Our client, a prestigious luxury retail/fashion firm, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment initiatives across corporate, retail, and field organizations. This role will partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to develop talent strategies, attract top-tier candidates, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience consistent with the company’s luxury brand. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding. Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Recruit for a variety of retail, corporate, operations, and leadership positions. Develop strong talent pipelines for high-volume retail and specialized corporate roles. Source candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, recruiting platforms, and industry contacts. Conduct candidate interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers. Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Build relationships with passive candidates and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Partner with retail leadership on seasonal hiring and workforce planning. Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics. Ensure a polished, professional, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the process. Represent the company's luxury brand and culture throughout all candidate interactions. Support employer-branding and talent-attraction initiatives. Qualifications 5+ years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, beauty, hospitality, or consumer brands. Experience recruiting for both corporate and retail/field populations strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies. Proven ability to partner with senior-level stakeholders and hiring managers. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage a high volume of searches while maintaining attention to detail. Strong understanding of the NYC luxury retail and fashion talent market. Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
