This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Verify incoming shipments for correct packing slips, bill of lading information, and visible damage Communicate with suppliers, freight carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies Process, label, and organize incoming merchandise for storage or delivery Prepare outgoing shipments and ensure shipping documents are complete and accurate Coordinate returns to suppliers and deliveries to customers Assist with shipping reports and maintain organized records of shipping activity Support cost-effective shipping practices by helping identify efficient shipping methods Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Drive company vehicle to local UPS and FedEx facilities when needed Assist with other warehouse and shipping tasks as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Entry-level candidates welcome; 1–2 years of warehouse or shipping experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be reliable and dependable Valid driver’s license required Must pass DMV background check and have an acceptable driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation This position operates in a warehouse and shipping environment and may involve standing, walking, lifting, and handling materials throughout the shift.
