HR Coordinator

Part-Time HR Coordinator Client: Well-Known Organization Location: Long Island City, NY Pay Rate: $35/hour Schedule: Part-Time A well-known organization is seeking a Part-Time HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing administrative support across various HR functions. Responsibilities Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Coordinate interviews and assist with recruitment activities. Process new hire paperwork and ensure compliance. Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries. Support HR projects and provide general administrative assistance. Qualifications 2+ years of HR coordination or HR administrative experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
