Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process vendor invoices and expense reports
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment status
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred)
- 1+ year of accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
