Pay Rate: $20/hr
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site | Monday-Friday


Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for numbers.


Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process vendor invoices and expense reports
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment status

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred)
• 1+ year of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
