What You'll Be Doing

• Build,developandownrelationshipswithassignedclientcontactsandretailerstakeholders,becomingatrustedadvisortoyourcustomers.
• Createandmanageaccountplans,deliveryprioritiesandgovernanceprocessestoensuresuccessfulclientoutcomes.
• Translateinsights,analyticsandcustomerunderstandingintocompellingrecommendationsandpresentationsthatdriveactionandmeasurablebusinessimpact.
• Identifyopportunitiestoexpandclientpartnershipsthroughupsell,cross-sellandrenewalactivities.
• Partnercloselywithcross-functionalteamstodeliverintegratedsolutionsandexceptionalclientexperiences.
• Coachandsupportjuniorteammembers,contributingtoteamcapabilitydevelopmentandcollaborativesuccess.
• Drivecustomer-firstthinkingwhilebalancingcommercialobjectivesandclientpriorities.

What We're Looking For

• Experiencemanagingsupplier,brandorCPGclientrelationshipswithinaretail-facing,consulting,categorymanagementorinsightsenvironment.
• Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskillswiththeabilitytotransformcomplexinformationintoclear,actionablerecommendations.
• Excellentcommunication,presentationandstorytellingskillsthatinfluencedecision-makingatmultiplelevels.
• Commercialawarenessandatrackrecordofhelpingclientsachievegrowthandbusinessobjectives.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships across a broad range of stakeholders.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting the development of colleagues.
