Branch Operations Manager

Manage team performance: Coach, motivate, and develop staff while supporting talent hiring and development. Support customers: Resolve concerns, provide guidance, and build strong customer relationships. Oversee branch operations: Manage schedules, daily teller operations, and allocation of resources. Ensure compliance: Apply regulations, policies, risk management, and escalation procedures effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
