Branch Manager (Open) Location: Portland, ME – Filling industrial Compensation & Hours $70,000 – $80,000 with bonus opportunities Monday – Friday, Daytime hours Benefits Comprehensive family benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability insurance 14‑week paid birth benefit for growing families 401(k) retirement plan with company match Tuition assistance Paid holidays, vacation, sick time Benefits start after 30 days of employment Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations to achieve sales and margin goals Promote sales, deliver excellent customer service, nurture inventory levels, and balance expenses Maintain safety and regulatory standards and housekeeping Empower team members in efficient customer service Harmonize overall operational efficiency Build and nurture customer relationships, providing excellent service Assist customers with product selection and technical support Manage order processing with accuracy and coordinate timely delivery Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock Prepare sales reports and evaluate performance metrics to guide growth Resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional service Maintain store operations and support merchandising efforts Guide direct reports in alignment with policies and laws Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a related field 5+ years of experience in the welding industry Familiarity with digital tools or basic knowledge of SAP Equal Employment Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer.
