Key contributions

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move product across the warehouse.
• Accurately load/unload inbound and outbound trucks while safeguarding product integrity.
• Maintain a tidy, hazard-free workspace and follow all safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory control: track stock, validate counts, and escalate discrepancies.
• Partner with peers to optimize workflow and hit throughput targets.
• Complete routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on equipment.
• Participate in ongoing training to remain current on safety and best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a material handler or similar warehouse position.
• Current forklift operator certification (required).
• Solid grasp of warehouse safety standards and procedures.
• Comfort lifting heavy items and performing physically demanding work.
• Strong communicator and dependable team player.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational habits.
