A specialized opportunity is available for an experienced pharmacist to serve as the Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) for a developing pharmacy in Lancaster, PA. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in pharmacy start-up operations and leadership, holding a clear and active Pennsylvania pharmacist license. The role starts part-time with the potential to transition to full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the pharmacy through all phases of licensure, inspection, and accreditation.
• Manage pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Oversee pharmacy staff and provide professional guidance.
• Implement policies and procedures to establish efficient and safe pharmacy practices.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacy management.
• Proven experience with pharmacy start-up operations.
• In-depth knowledge of licensure, inspection, and accreditation processes.
