Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Lead and manage the launch of a new pharmacy by serving as the Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC). This contract-to-hire opportunity offers the chance to play a pivotal role in establishing licensure, inspection, and accreditation for a pharmacy in Lititz, PA.
Schedule:
- Part-time initially, with potential to transition to full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Pharmacist-In-Charge, overseeing all pharmacy operations
- Guide the pharmacy through licensure, inspection, and accreditation processes
- Lead teams and ensure compliance with state regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Active and clear Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmacy management
- Proven expertise in pharmacy start-up operations
- Strong knowledge of licensure, inspection, and accreditation procedures
