We're looking for reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to help manufacture high-quality pet supplements and pet food products in a modern, clean facility. • Pull and stage ingredients for production using batch sheets
• Accurately weigh and measure dry, liquid, and powder ingredients
• Load ingredients into mixers and assist with batching operations
• Verify product numbers, ingredient locations, and quantities
• Follow Food Safety, GMP, and OSHA guidelines
• Complete production records and documentation
• Restock materials and maintain organized inventory areas
• Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and workstations
• Assist with packaging, shipping, and warehouse tasks as needed
• Support team goals and daily production targets

• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, food processing, or batching environments preferred
• Ability to accurately weigh and measure materials
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and conversions
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and work instructions
• Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs regularly
• Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

This position works in a pet food and supplement manufacturing facility. Employees should be comfortable around food-related odors, including brewer's yeast, chicken, beef, and pork ingredients. Hair nets, beard nets, and GMP compliance are required. The work involves standing, walking, lifting, measuring ingredients, and supporting active production lines throughout the shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Earl, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in East Earl,PA.
