Job Title: General Production Worker

Location: Honey Brook, PA area

Shift: 2nd Shift (4PM-12PM)

Rate/hr: $23 + 10% shift diff

We are seeking a skilled General Production Worker to join our team. This role involves a variety of production tasks, including but not limited to shearing, cutting, sorting, blending, and operating a briquetting press. Proficiency in operating a forklift is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Machinery Maintenance and Repair: Assist with the upkeep and repair of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and conduct routine preventative checks.
Equipment Handling: Operate front-end loaders and other machinery, performing necessary preventative maintenance.
Facility Clean-Up: Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the facility to ensure a safe working environment.
Documentation: Complete floor shop paperwork accurately and input data into terminal systems.
Fire Prevention Training: Participate in fire prevention training to enhance workplace safety.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in a production environment is required.
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds.

Pay and Shifts:

Shift: 2nd shift, from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
Compensation: $23 per hour, with an additional 10% shift differential.
