Your future role at a glance Location: Jacksonville, FL Facility: Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside Hospital Schedule: PRN #NextGenHealthcare How you'll make an impact in this role Execute medically prescribed treatments under PT supervision. Implement personalized plans of care using evidence-based techniques for diverse patient populations. Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of all interventions and progress. Coordinate and mentor therapy aides, students, and support staff. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) credentialed from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: High school diploma or GED required.
