1409 W. Carroll Ave. Chicago, IL | Monday-Thursday, 10-6:30pm and Friday, 9-5:30pm; opportunities for Saturdays, 8-1:30pm

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Compensation Package: Valued between $86,000–$105,000.
• Annual Salary: $70,000–$85,000, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Eyas Landing , you will provide speech therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) , ADHD , sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's speech, receptive and expressive language, feeding and swallowing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Providing individualized therapy
• Implementing therapeutic approaches such as Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Get Permission Approach, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM)
• Collaborating daily with occupational and physical therapists, and social workers
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Required credentials to practice speech therapy
• Experience working with children and/or clients with special needs preferred
• Competencies: proactive problem-solving, results-oriented, worksmanship, resourceful, and clear communicator
