The caseload focuses on PreK children (ages 3–5), offering a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact on their early development. Your days will be engaging, working across two schools, leading team-based evaluations, and experiencing the fulfillment of bringing proven early-intervention support to young learners. What you bring:

• Current Illinois SLP license (State requirements must be met)
• Experience or enthusiasm for working in school settings
• Transdisciplinary Play-Based Assessment background is helpful
• Knowledge of PreK interventions and early childhood development
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative educational team

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech/language therapy to PreK-aged students across two sites
• Conduct team-based assessments, utilizing play-based evaluation methods
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student IEP goals
• Maintain clear documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to enhance student success
