Trailer Technician Technician/Mechanic – Kansas City, MO

$25.00 - $32.00 hr | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits within 30 Days | Potential New Hire Bonus up to $5,500

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $25.00-$32.00/hour (based on experience) Pay Frequency: Weekly pay – every Friday Schedules:   Overnight Shift - Tuesday - Saturday: 10:00pm - 6:30am

SRT Bonus Opportunity: up to $15,000 annually, paid monthly and based on performance.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trailers
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Complete inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety standards
• Document repairs and complete work orders
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work with supervisors and team members to keep fleets operational

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in performing repairs on class 7 - 8 trailers
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues
• Valid driver’s license
• Must own and maintain personal tools and a toolbox necessary to perform job duties
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions

Technicians may be exposed to traffic, dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical irritants such as oils and greases. Work may involve lifting heavy objects, accessing tight equipment spaces, and bending, stooping, crouching, or crawling while performing repairs.
