Industry-Leading Pay Structure
Earn What You're Worth

• Up to $60 per flat-rate hour
• Production bonuses
• 120% warranty pay

That means:
If your rate is $40/hr, warranty work pays you $48/hr.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional technician experience
• Strong diagnostic ability
• Quality-focused mindset
• Positive attitude
• Competitive Team player
• Reliable work ethic

Ford or CDJR experience are a major plus - but not required for the right technician, we value hard work and high quality over current certifications!
