What You'll Do

Your Impact Typical Activities |

Consultative selling | Generate and convert leads for auto, home, life and small-business lines; uncover needs and recommend coverage that truly protects clients.
Relationship building | Make 60-80 outbound calls / follow-ups daily; host in-office or virtual appointments; nurture referral and community networks.
Pipeline ownership | Track conversations in CRM, set next steps, and move prospects from quote to close with urgency and empathy.
Client on-boarding | Deliver seamless, policy-accurate hand-offs to service team and celebrate new customers with a "wow" experience.
Community presence | Represent the agency at local events, charity drives, and networking groups-living the "good neighbor" promise.


What Success Looks Like

• First-year earnings: $50 K-$80 K (base + commission + bonuses)
• Key metrics: weekly quotes issued, policies closed, premium written, retention rate
• Career track: top performers earn advanced licensing, mentoring, and a roadmap toward agency ownership

The Ideal Candidate

• 1-3 yrs success in phone or face-to-face sales (insurance, banking, auto, or hospitality a plus)
• Goal-oriented closer who loves friendly competition and measures everything
• Active Nevada P&C license-or ability to obtain quickly
• Bilingual Spanish/English welcomed (over one-third of Clark County is Hispanic)
• Tech-savvy (CRM, quote systems, video chat) and comfortable with social selling

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
