Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up. Proactively reach out to customers to identify their insurance needs, recommend solutions, and cross-sell additional products. Manage and track all client interactions in Salesforce CRM with accuracy and attention to detail. Leverage AI tools and technology to enhance productivity, personalize communication, and streamline workflows. Demonstrate exceptional email etiquette and professional communication standards in all interactions. Ensure daily tasks, follow-ups, and policy changes are completed accurately and on time. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Maintain a professional office environment and uphold our agency’s reputation for excellence. Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to create documents, reports, and correspondence. Participate in ongoing training and contribute ideas to continuously improve team performance and client satisfaction. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in insurance sales, customer service, or account management. Strong computer literacy with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and AI-based tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills — polished, professional, and articulate. High attention to detail and organizational ability in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License preferred (or willingness to obtain). A confident, self-motivated professional who enjoys solving problems and achieving results. Notes on Employment State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
