We are seeking an honest, reliable, and quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work both independently and collaboratively with the team to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills, including obtaining your Property and Casualty insurance license, and grow within our agency. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide clear policy information. Assist clients with policy updates, changes, and claims processing. Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions and transactions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively. Apply conflict management skills to resolve customer concerns and ensure positive outcomes. Work collaboratively with team members to support agency goals and client needs. Licensed in P&C (or able to obtain Property and Casualty insurance licensing within a specified timeframe). Qualifications Honesty, reliability, and strong work ethic. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
