About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Boutique Development and Operations to spearhead the growth and performance of its retail network. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of each boutique, from market identification to ongoing operations. This role demands a leader with a dual focus on both the strategic and operational aspects of the business, capable of executing the boutique expansion strategy, and ensuring each location meets the company's standards for sales, profitability, and customer experience. Key responsibilities include market evaluation, financial modeling, lease negotiation, and leading the design, construction, and opening of new boutiques. The VP will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing retail organization, including the recruitment and development of boutique directors and client advisors. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in retail development, operations, real estate, or a related field, with a proven track record in opening and managing physical retail locations, preferably in a luxury or high-touch customer environment. The role requires strong commercial judgment, disciplined project management, and exceptional leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of premium retail, be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, and possess the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required, with a preference for candidates with a background in luxury retail or related industries.
