Workday Admin - Security & Reporting

Provide day-to-day Workday administration and operational support , with a primary focus on Security and Reporting. Manage incoming support tickets and requests related to Workday access, security, reporting, and system functionality. Add and remove users from appropriate Workday security groups and troubleshoot access issues. Assist with security remediation activities , including identifying and resolving security/access issues. Support Workday reporting needs, including updates and maintenance of existing reports and calculated fields. Assist with operational Workday initiatives such as Performance Management, Open Enrollment, Compensation Reviews , and other recurring HR processes. Support the creation and maintenance of custom fields and Workday configurations used to track employee information, including employee locations. Participate in smaller Workday projects and enhancements. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and other functional stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions. Provide general Workday support across functional areas as needed.
