Capgemini Insights' Data Trust practice helps clients build confidence in their data through governance, quality, master data management, privacy, and ethical AI frameworks. As an Associate, you will support client engagements across these areas, working alongside senior consultants to deliver high-quality analysis, documentation, and recommendations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to build strong consulting fundamentals while developing subject-matter expertise in data trust and governance. Your Role:

Support the delivery of client engagements related to data governance, data quality, master data management (MDM), and data privacy frameworks Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing client data and process information to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities Support MDM-related activities such as data standardization, deduplication, hierarchy management, and stewardship process design Contribute to the creation of client deliverables, including reports, presentations, process maps, data models, and governance documentation Participate in client workshops and interviews, capturing requirements and synthesizing findings under the guidance of senior team members Conduct research on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging practices in data trust, master data management, and responsible AI Support project management activities such as tracking action items, timelines, and deliverable status Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders) to ensure alignment on project objectives Continuously build technical and functional knowledge of data trust tools, frameworks, and methodologies Take ownership of assigned tasks, seeking feedback proactively and applying it to improve future work Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Policy, or related discipline) Exposure to data-related coursework, certifications, or projects (e.g., data analytics, master data management concepts, privacy regulations such as GDPR/CCPA, data governance frameworks) Prior internship, co-op, or project experience in consulting, technology, or data-related roles Familiarity with MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM, Reltio, STIBO, Ataccama) or data visualization/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python) Practical experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to support research, drafting, or analysis Basic understanding of responsible AI principles (fairness, transparency, accountability) and how trustworthy data underpins trustworthy AI Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply sound professional judgment rather than accepting results at face value What Success Looks Like

Within the first 6–12 months, a successful Associate will: Demonstrate reliability and quality in delivering assigned tasks Build foundational knowledge of data trust and master data management concepts and Capgemini's methodologies Develop strong working relationships with team members and, where applicable, client stakeholders Show measurable growth in consulting skills (communication, structured thinking, deliverable quality) Begin taking initiative on smaller work streams with increasing independence The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is : $65,000 to $189,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
