If you have strong communication skills and at least two years of collections and customer service experience, we want YOU on our team at RNR Tire Express. At RNR, we help people stay on the road with safe, quality tires through an affordable payment program that fits their budget. As a Collections Specialist, your key role is to help customers achieve ownership of their tires and wheels by working with them to stay on track with their payment plans. You’ll provide outstanding customer service in a supportive, family-oriented environment while making a real impact. As a Collection Specialist at RNR Tire Express, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers on their journey to ownership. You’ll oversee customer accounts by making outbound calls, sending texts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date communication logs. Your main goal is to help customers successfully acquire ownership of their products by offering support, guidance, and solutions. This role isn’t just about collecting payments it’s about building trust and helping people succeed.
